How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 3/5 working days from receipt of image for delivery. If you need an express delivery, please call us (extra postage charges may apply).

Do you do any more sizes?
We offer a made to measure service. You can calculate your canvas price on the sizes and prices page and also on step 2 of the order process after you have uploaded your image.

My picture is not in a digital format?
No problem. All you have to do is post it to us at the address, which appears on the contact page. We will scan your image to the best available quality and return to you with your canvas.

What if I'm not happy with my canvas?
As we offer a bespoke service, we will do our best to rectify the problem.  Please contact us if you have a problem.

Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more info (you will need either a pantone or a colour swatch to post to us).

Marks, Blemishes and Red Eye
We are more than happy to remove any of the above but an email request must be made to sales@originalcanvascompany.co.uk at the time of ordering as we cannot visiaully scan every image for marks and blemishes. Unfortunately, some smaller imperfections can only be spotted when the image has already been printed and enlarged.

How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas do not expose it to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light hoover with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.

How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout.  We use Secure Trading - the UK's leading independent payment processor.

How secure is the website?
All your payment details are processed by Secure Trading - the UK's leading independent payment processor. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. Secure Trading has industry-leading fraud-prevention systems.

What happens if I wish to place an order but would rather not use my credit card online?
We will accept a personal cheque, however we have to wait 3-4 days for clearance before proceeding with your order.

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.

How much is packaging & delivery?
All orders (within the UK) over £100.00 are FREE delivery. Orders under £100.00 are subject to a packaging & delivery charge which is £4.50. We use Citylink Express Service (where a signature will be needed on delivery) and also Royal Mail for smaller canvases. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for delivery charges.  For Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands we will often use Royal Mail postage.  Oversized larger canvases may be subject to additional postage to non Mainland Uk addresses.

Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year, but, if you need a little more time to decide on you image please contact us and we may be able to extend for a couple of months.  Please contact us before the voucher's expiry.
